The Varta guide is an independent hotel and restaurant guide. The hotels and restaurants presented are selected by Varta Guide experts. They always test anonymously, i.e. they do not reveal their identity as tester.
The Rössle was also tested and has been awarded a Varta diamond.
Michelin Deutschland
Since 2011 the “Roessle“ is named in the category “Bib Gourmand”.
This award is given to restaurants with “a good kitchen with moderate prices”.

„Roessle“ is named in this guide, which examines and evaluated ca. 4000 restaurants in Germany, Belgium Alsace, the Netherlands, Austria and Switzerland.
