In 1611 the guest-house “Zum weißen Roessle” has been mentioned for the first time.
Over the years, the “weisses Roessle” became the “Roessle” and it is owned by the Beilharz family since 1904.
We – the current and fourth generation – are aware of the long tradition and we do all we can to make our guests feel comfortable.

In the evening, you can have your palate spoiled with classical Swabian dishes or exclusive meals from our gourmet kitchen. Along with this we serve choice wines from the region or freshly tapped beer from Alpirsbach.
